TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. In case a publisher decides to remove a Student/Subscriber from an online course for any reason whatever, it is at the sole discretion of the publisher and the responsibility of the publisher. The online content hosted by the publisher is meant for educational purposes and should not be circulated without the permission of the Content Creator. It is agreed and clarified that the Student/Subscriber shall not have any recourse, claims, or grievance in law, tort, or equity against Bunch.             

2. The online content hosted by the publisher is meant for educational purposes and should not be circulated without the permission of the Content Creator. The Subscriber shall be strictly liable for any unlawful or unauthorized publication, forwarding, distribution or dissemination of any content hosted by a publisher, without the express consent of the Content Creator as the case maybe. It shall be open to the Content Creator or Bunch to take legal action against the Subscriber for the same.

3. Bunch bears absolutely no responsibility for the content and updates released in relation to the subscription of the Subscriber, which shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the publisher publishing such information. Any claims, losses, damages, compensation or any proceedings in relation to the content hosted by the publisher, may only lie against the content creator and the Subscriber agrees not to proceed against Bunch in relation to any content whatever.

4. Subscriptions packages and price may also vary in time.

Educational Partners and Accreditation

Prabhakar Publication is NOT a University, but an education service provider, offering Programs in consultation with Indian and International universities, educational institutions, governmental authorities, NGOs, corporates, etc. (each an Educational Partner).

Prabhakar Publication may offer a credential or other acknowledgement for participantswho have satisfactorily demonstrated mastery of the Program material. The decision to award any such credential acknowledgement to a given participant will be solely at the discretion of Prabhakar Publication. Prabhakar Publication may choose not to offer any credential or other acknowledgement for some Programs. Prabhakar Publication may decide at its sole discretion whether to provide a record concerning a participant’s performance in a Program.

The format of any credential or other acknowledgement, and of any performance, provided by Prabhakar Publication relating to Programs will be determined by Prabhakar Publication at its sole discretion and may vary from Program to Program.
